EnviroWiki for organisations with a network of branches

EnviroWiki aims to be a tool for those already involved with the growing environmental movement by providing a space for them to share their activity with those around them. The hope is that as well as reaching out to new audiences, EnviroWiki will also be used for sharing best practice and seeking out overlap.

EnviroWiki's locally-focused category system is particularly suited to organisations with a network of local branches. The category page can be used to introduce the organisation and its underlying aims, while also housing all individual local branch or campaign pages.

Because of its wikiness, EnviroWiki allows for individual initiatives to keep the information about their activities accurate and up-to-date. The more you tend your EnviroWiki content, the more people will return.

Getting started

What to include (either on the category page, or individual branch page)

Where to put it

Please make sure that you file all entries and categories into one or more (other) categories, to stop them from getting lost.

Example local initiative entries

So far we do not have any networks of organisations on EnviroWiki. If you would like help becoming the first, please email help(@)envirowiki.org.uk.
